Pediatria HealthCare (Pediatria) is searching for a Clinical Director of Nursing to manage the clinical components of our program in Savannah, Georgia. The ideal candidate would possess a passion for caring for kids and be attuned to the needs of medically fragile children.
The primary role of the Clinical Director is to educate our patients, their families, and our highly trained clinical staff, including:

• Oversight of quality patient care in compliance with Nurse Practice Acts, federal, state, and HIPAA regulations, and professional licensing agents
* Supervision of Private Duty Nursing staff, including fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
• Organization of documentation requirements related to patient care
• Marketing the Pediatria concept to the medical community
• Manage the budgetary and fiscal aspects of the location
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Responds appropriately in emergency situations and intervenes as necessary
• Reflects current knowledge of trends, research, and recent advances in the care of medically complex children
Eligible candidates must have:
• Georgia RN license, in good standing
• Prior pediatric home care work history
• Supervisory/management experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office)
