We are a family consisting of 2 adults and 3 older children (14,16 and almost 20) and looking to relocate from New England to Georgia and we are trying to find someone who is willing to rent to own or owner finance with around $3000 down and payments of around $500 a month. We are wanting to be down in Georgia to live in April 2010. We would like a 3 or 4 bedroom on at least 2 acres of land but will consider all offers. We are looking to be in the close vacinity of Brantley County (Nahunta GA) because we have friends there and would like to be close to them. We would also consider other areas as well. Our time is getting very limited on finding a place because we are planning on being down there in a few months and still have not found a place to call "HOME".
