Close to downtown on 34th and Abercorn and close to grocery stores and restaurants.  It’s in a safe neighborhood.  It is also a gated apartment building.  It’s a large one bedroom and one bath.  I think its 800 sq feet.  The kitchen and bathroom were remodeled in 2005 so everything is updated.  It also has hardwood floors thru out and decent sized closet.  It has plenty of off street parking and a washer and dryer in the building.  This would be a sublease until Aug 31 with an option to renew.  The rent is 675/Month plus water and electric.
